Pain that doesn’t show is easy to doubt. Most people here know that firsthand — it’s why they keep a record. Tell us what you live with, why you track, and what having the record has meant. A few honest sentences could reach someone who thinks they’re the only one.
You can stay anonymous — leaving the name field empty is the default, and most people do. Nothing is published automatically; a person reads every story before it goes anywhere.
